Since each pair is made to order, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
If your trainers aren’t the perfect fit once received, you can still request a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the trainers are unworn and in their original condition and packaging — try them on indoors only.
